Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The room I had was spacious and came with a great bath and shower, but I noticed the bathroom hadn't been cleaned yet. The huge window and terrace added a nice touch to the room. The location was superb, close to bars and restaurants and just a stone's throw away from the Grand Place. The staff provided excellent service, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The dining experience, featuring Sicilian pastries, was delightful. However, I did notice some issues with the facilities.
The hotel is conveniently located, really close to the busy city center and the Christmas market, making it easy to explore Brussels. The rooms are well-equipped with a terrace, huge windows, and a wonderful bath and shower. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved. The service, particularly housekeeping, was excellent but was let down by the incomplete cleanliness in some areas.
